| Add training documents and choose which agents use them | Add policies, guides, webpages and product documents to Trainings in the Webscale AI console, then attach the folder to the agents that should use it. |
| Archive or unarchive an agent | Retire an AI Shopping Assistant agent you no longer use by archiving it without losing its setup. Bring it back later with Unarchive. |
| Block an IP address | Stop a visitor from chatting with your AI Shopping Assistant by blocking their IP address on one or more agents, with a reason, a message and an expiry. |
| Connect a Magento or Adobe Commerce store | Connect Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce to Webscale AI with a Magento integration so products, customers and orders sync to the console. |
| Connect a Shopify store | Connect your Shopify store to Webscale AI with the private install link Webscale sends you, so your products and collections sync to the assistant. |
| Create an agent | Create a new AI Shopping Assistant agent in the Webscale AI console, give it a name and a welcome message, then activate it when it is ready. |
| Define your business terms in the Knowledge base | Add your team's terms, such as aov, to the Knowledge base in the Webscale AI console so the Audience assistants use your definition when you type @. |
| Edit or pause a prompt instruction | Change the wording or types of a prompt instruction in the Webscale AI console, or switch one off for a while without losing it, then turn it back on. |
| Find a conversation in Logs | Find what your AI Shopping Assistant told a shopper: search Logs by message, Chat ID or IP address, narrow it by date, then preview the conversation. |
| Install the AI Shopping Assistant on your storefront | Add the AI Shopping Assistant to your storefront with the embed code from Install Tags, or turn on the app embed in your Shopify theme, then check it shows. |
| Set up escalation to a person | Hand a shopper from the AI Shopping Assistant to a live Zendesk agent with a custom workflow, or open a helpdesk ticket when live chat isn't available. |
| Sync a segment to Klaviyo | Connect Klaviyo with a private API key, then sync an active Audience Segmentation segment to a Klaviyo list you can use in your email and SMS campaigns. |
| Test changes in the Playground | Open the Playground on any agent to chat with the AI Shopping Assistant in the console, check saved changes and rate replies before shoppers see them. |
| Unblock an IP address | Let a blocked visitor chat with your AI Shopping Assistant again by lifting their IP block on an agent, or remove the block record for good. |
| Whitelist an IP address | Add your office, team or partner IP addresses and ranges to Whitelisted IPs in the Webscale AI console, then tag them to filter that traffic in Logs. |
| Write prompt instructions for brand voice and business rules | Add prompt instructions in the Webscale AI console to set the brand voice, answer length and business rules the AI Shopping Assistant follows. |
