Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| You need a different tag | Tags can’t be changed when editing. Add a new instruction with the new tag, then delete the old one |
| A row disappeared after you saved | Removing a type deletes that type’s row when you save. Edit the rule and add the type again |
| The reply still follows the old rule | Check that Status shows the state you expect. A Disabled rule has no effect. An Enabled one applies from the next message |
| You can’t edit or disable instructions | Editing prompt instructions needs the merchant admin role. Ask an admin on your account |
