Supported platforms and integrations

Webscale AI supports Magento Open Source, Adobe Commerce and Shopify. Magento and Adobe Commerce share one connector that syncs products, categories, customers and orders. Shopify syncs products and collections. Integrations also connects Onsite Tracking, Klaviyo, Zendesk, Zendesk Live, Freshdesk and Gorgias.

Webscale AI connects to a merchant’s commerce platform to sync store data into the Commerce Context Engine. The AI Shopping Assistant and Audience Segmentation both work from that synced data. Webscale AI supports three commerce platforms: Magento Open Source, Adobe Commerce and Shopify.

The Integrations page in the Webscale AI console, opened from the account menu, lists every connector under “Integrations for your business”. Each card connects one platform or tool. Integrations is not available inside the Webscale AI app in your Shopify admin.
